Refund policy

We want you to love your Squishli crew — but if it's not right for you, unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Since each calendar is a sealed surprise, we can only accept returns where no doors have been opened.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Didn't arrive in time? If you ordered by November 18th and your calendar didn't arrive before December 1st, we'll make it right with a full refund — no need to return anything unopened, since the shipping delay was on us. This exception applies only to orders placed by November 18th, and claims must be submitted by December 24th.
